关于换货服务
1. Customer who brought products from i perfect beauty are allow to get replacement of products within 7 days ( from the date of receipt ). Customer may also given the right to refunds ( returned product must not affect the second sale ).
2. Appeal within 15 days may be given a replacement.
3. Problems happens within 3 months must provide related proofs to after-sales staff to handle .
4. Purchases more than three months , shall not apply for return , the other normal after-sale service .
5. Before applying after-sale service , please be sure to call: 03-87371108 or logon into i perfect beauty website to contact customer representative.
1. 购买爱完美产品的用户在7天内(以客户在快递单上签收的日期为准)

换货规则
As long as the product is not used and does not affect the secondary sales , ( By tearing the transparent and adhesive tape that sealing on the bottle or packaging of the goods on will be considered as opened. )
Make a note and put it into the returning bag, kindly provide the following information
只要产品未使用而且不影响二次销售,(商品外包装盒上的透明封胶纸或瓶内封胶纸撕开同样视为已经开封使用)

Company does not receive COD(Cash-on-Deliver) on product replacement, please forgive us ! Please try not to choose expensive courie. We will pay for the delivery cost, which is , West Malaysia RM 8, East Malaysia Rm12.
